James Barton

We've worked with James across a range of projects for several major international clients, and they've been very impressed by his work. Whether we need an energetic narrator to carry the video or a more measured and reassuring voice for an explainer, James is great at finding the right way to hold the audience's attention. We're usually happy with the first take we receive from him, but if we do need to make changes he always takes our feedback on board immediately. It's also really useful that he's great at writing - we often ask him to create scripts based on a brief, or to finalise the drafts we receive from clients to make sure they sound natural.

James is so easy to work with - he always responds quickly to emails, and he typically delivers recordings within hours of us requesting them. He's great at helping us to find the right style of delivery for a script, and he's super accommodating if we need to make any changes. If our script is still in the draft phase, it's really reassuring to know that we can send it to James and he'll refine it so that it reads perfectly. He can even translate from Italian which is really helpful for us!
